THE CHALLENGE

AS MAIN OBJECTIVES WE ARE FACED WITH CARRYING OUT A DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION.

As main objectives we are faced with carrying out a digital transformation. We started with a social media audit in order to know the current situation of the networks. Based on the results and the company’s objectives, we established a social media management strategy customized according to the channel (Linkedin / Facebook / Instagram / Twitter).

THE SOLUTION

We have also established an email marketing and automation strategy to capture new leads, build loyalty and recover “inactive” contacts from the database (80K) of former customers and qualify contacts according to their “temperature” towards the purchase. (lead scoring)

In order to attract more traffic to the website in a natural (organic) way we have created an SEO strategy that has generated over the years an amount of traffic seven times (x7) higher than the level of traffic at the beginning of the strategy. Thanks to these results we have clearly increased the visibility of the brand and consequently its sales.
