The CHALLENGE

UPDATE THE LEAD ACQUISITION PROCESS THROUGH A COMPREHENSIVE DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION STRATEGY.

Updating the lead acquisition process through a comprehensive digital transformation strategy. In recent years the company has stagnated, its turnover has been affected, they have survived the crisis but their growth has not seen a way out, and digitally they do not exist, which makes it difficult to attract customers. They need to recover their reputation and comprehensively rethink the strategy for attracting sales opportunities.

THE SOLUTION

As main objectives we are faced to carry out a digital transformation in order to improve on the one hand the lost reputation and generate more visibility and on the other hand to create a sustainable acquisition model in the B2B sector.

We carried out a digital strategy based on sales enablement, inbound marketing and branding actions supported by content generation, RRSS, paid media, mail marketing, automation and lead scoring.

After a web audit we decide to implement a process to improve the conversion process (CRO) by styling, organizing (content architecture) and reprogramming the website to avoid bounces, gain loading speed and ensure that the user can convert in the most comfortable way possible.
