Escuela de Organización Industrial (EOI) was founded on July 12, 1955, becoming the first business school in Spain and one of the first in Europe.

With more than 60 years of activity, they have become one of the benchmarks in the university education sector and have been the protagonists of some important milestones in the training of many managers in Spain.

CHALLENGE

The EOI had a huge web at url level (more than 1 million) that have been created over the years without a precise logic and this with the passage of time has generated numerous problems including usability and user experience, navigation architecture, positioning and adaptability.

THE SOLUTION

IT WAS CLEAR THAT THE SOLUTION TO THE PROBLEM WAS FIRST TO ANALYZE THE INITIAL SITUATION IN ORDER TO PROPOSE AN OPTIMAL SOLUTION AT THE LEVEL OF CONTENT ARCHITECTURE.

It was clear that the solution to the problem was first to analyze the initial situation in order to propose an optimal solution at the level of content architecture to accommodate the different functions or “roles” played by the EOI, optimizing the web environment both in its User Experience (UX) and its User Interface (UI). On the other hand, we have analyzed through A/B testing the best way to design and structure the website to encourage registration to contact form (CRO)..

At the same time we have integrated and configured the management of lead flows through a CRM in order to control very precisely the life cycle of each potential lead and acquired customers.

As for the SEO strategy, we have optimized more than 500K urls with the main objective of improving web positioning and we have created more than 800 contents closely related to the buyer persona of the company. Today the company is strategically positioned on the first page with all the target keywords established at the beginning of the project.
